TONI GONZAGA & COCO MARTIN'S first team up, "You're My Boss", is opening on Black Saturday, April 4, but they finished the principal photography only last Palm Sunday, photofinished, so to speak. This entire Holy Week, Star Cinema personnel will be busy finishing its post production to be sure their final prints are ready for showing this Saturday. Both Toni and Coco devoted all their time in finishing the movie and didn't accept any other assignment, which is the reason why you didn't see Toni in "The Buzz" and "ASAP" for a while, except when she promoted "You're My Boss".
Toni admits that she's feeling pressured with this movie because the expectations are very high since she was the Box Office Queen last year for the huge success of her "Starting Over" with Piolo Pascual. Will "You're My Boss" be as big a blockbuster than that one? Well, we hope so, since Coco himself is coming from another hit movie, "Feng Shui", which was the second topgrosser in last December's Metro-Manila Filmfest. Coco admits that doing a romantic-comedy like "You're My Boss" was more difficult for him than doing any of the dramas which he is noted for. "Hopefully, after this, ma-realize din sana ng viewers na magaling din ako sa comedy at hindi lang sa drama," he says.
