TV5 Entertainment Head Confirms Janno Gibbs Is Now With Them And Mark Neumann Stars In Local Adaptation Of 'Baker King'

JANNO GIBBS is confirmed to be moving to TV5. “He himself has announced it so yes, we’re giving him a weekend game-variety show with Ogie Alcasid,” says Ms. Wilma Galvante. “This will start in mid-May. Another new show in May is our local adaptation of the Koreanovela hit, ‘Baker King’, with Mark Neumann in the title role. But we’ll give it a local flavor, based on the book ‘Panaderia’ by Amy Uy, which is a study of various local breads from different parts of the country.”


How come they’re pushing Mark’s career when he was just the second runner up in “Artista Academy” after Vin Abrenica and Akihiro Blanco? “You know, that time kasi, hirap na hirap siya mag-Tagalog kaya hindi siya nanalo.
