Dr. Vicki Belo Celebrates 25th Anniversary Of Belo Medical Group, Talks About Her Reconciliation With Katrina Halili

DR. VICKI BELO is celebrating the silver anniversary of her Belo Medical Group and, as a way of thanking all the people who made her the country’s most successful beauty expert for 25 years now, she gave a grand anniversary presentation at Trinoma last Saturday, “The Belo Beautiful Grand Launch” that also introduced their latest products. The event was hosted by Cristalle Belo and Robi Domingo. The place was packed to the rafters and the fans went wild with the presence of such Belo endorsers as Anne Curtis, Marian Rivera, Daniel Padilla and Vice Ganda.

Anne has been a Belo endorser for the past ten years and did a big production number singing “Chandelier” for the carnival-themed show on stage. It was a daring number as she had to do some acrobatics on the air with the help of some dancers. She’s endorsing Belo Beauty Duo and Belo Sun Expert Ultra Gentle Sheer Spray. Anne just came back from Udine, Italy with Director Chris Martinez where they attended the exhibition of their movie, “The Gifted”. She’s now doing an episode in the trilogy, “Lumayo Ka Nga sa Akin”, opposite Dennis Trillo, the first time they’ll be paired together.

Marian Rivera is endorsing Belo Collagen Powdered Drink for both men and women that helps improve skin and bones and makes one look younger and fitter. Marian did a simple dance number and quipped that she danced even if she’s pregnant because she loves Dr. Vicki. She’s confident that even if her body gets out of shape during her pregnancy, she can regain her curvaceous figure after giving birth with the help of Belo Medical Clinic. Asked if it’s true that she’s hosting a show with Ai Ai de las Alas and Regine Velasquez, she says that it will be an honor to work with them but she has yet to receive such a formal offer from GMA.

Sarah Geronimo is also a Belo endorser but she’s currently doing a concert tour in the U.S. so her latest music video was just shown in her absence. Daniel Padilla is endorsing Belo Men Acne Control from Belo Essentials and he just did a TV commercial for them directed by Dr. Vicki’s own son, Quark Henares. After Vice Ganda’s number, Dr. Vicki delivered a short speech thanking all the people who made the Belo Medical Group and Belo Essentials a big success.

We’re really happy for the amiable beauty doctor as she’s experiencing success now not just with her career but also with her lovelife. Everyone knows that she and Hayden Kho are back into each other’s arms after their big break up. And not only that, they have just patched things up with the main source of their conflict that exploded some seven years ago, Katrina Halili, who also used to be a prominent Belo endorser. “Akala ko, madaling magpatawad, pero mahirap pala,” she says. “Kasi nang magkaharap kami, bumalik yung sakit ng memories na I trusted her so much. Naging very close talaga kami, tapos may kataksilan pala siyang ginagawa sa akin. But then, kung ang Diyos nga, nakakapagpatawad, sino ba naman ako? E, marami rin akong kasalanan, so ayun, happy na rin akong nagkausap-usap na kami at tahimik na ang lahat.”

They’re all at peace now as Katrina has also promised to drop all the court cases she has filed against Hayden seven years ago. They can now move on with their respective lives. Will she still get Katrina as an endorser again? “Lumipat na siya, she’s now with Flawless na friend ko rin naman ang may ari, so okay na yun,” says Dr. Vicki.
