Loren Burgos, One of the Boys - 25, she was born in the Philippines but grew up in the U.S. She came to home to try showbiz and has appeared in shows like 'Home Sweetie Home' and 'Wansapanataym'. She played the lead in the indie film 'Mulat' opposite Jake Cuenca.
Karen Reyes, The Jologs - 18, the Hagikhik Chick ng Mindoro in PBB Teen Edition where she was first runnerup. She admits she's jologs as she doesn't speak English fluently like the other angels. She aspires to be like Angelica Panganiban who is good in both drama and comedy roles. She admits having gone steady with another PBB guy, Ryan Boyce, but they've since split.
Shey Bustamante, The Songwriter - 22, another PBB discovery. She has written 3 songs and music is a very important part of her life since she was in grade school.
Myrtle Sarrosa, The Playful Girl - 20, the Big Winner in PBB Teens 4 and was called the Cosplay Cutie of Iloilo as she excels in cosplaying. She's taking up broadcast communications at UP Diliman. She's a host at NCAA games and an official Anime Jock of Hero TV. She went steady for a while with Brian Llamanzares, the son of Sen. Grace Poe, but they've broken up.
Hannah Ledesma, The Go-Getter. 20, she's a former Miss Mandaluyong and also joined Bb. Pilipinas last year. An IT professional who already has a regular job, she resigned to join showbiz as she loves to perform. She plays the guitar and also writes stories and poems.
Yana Asistio, The Chef - 20, this daughter of Nadia Montenegro has appeared in 'Be Careful with My Heart' and is now in the new soap "And I Love You So'. She's currently taking up culinary arts and specializes on Italian dishes.
Aiko Climaco, The Dancer - 25, this former star dancer of "Wowowee" stands 5'7". She's now seen regularly in "Banana Split" which she considers her biggest break so far.
Jed Montero, The Athlete - 25, she used to be one of the hosts of "Wowowee" and she has hosted other events, too. She was a member of the UP volleyball varsity team in college. She wants to be like Toni Gonzaga who is successful in doing both acting and hosting.
The girls say there's no rivalry between them. "There's no competition among us kasi iba-iba naman kami ng talent and character," says Myrtle. "Lahat kami, nagtutulungan. Walang awayan sa amin kasi angels nga kami, e."
What's their difference with other girl groups? "We're sexy, but more than just sexy, kasi pakak kami, meaning, pasabog, confident, empowered," says Karen. "Sexy kami but with class, wholesome pa rin."
Nine sexy girls. Which one will the fountain bless and make it as a solo star? Only time will tell but we wish them all well.
