Matteo Guidicelli Answer Rumors That His Relationship With Sarah Geronimo & Her Parents Is Shaky

MATTEO GUIDICELLI was last seen in the fantaserye "Inday Bote" that didn't rate very well so it understandably didn't last very long on the air. It's said he and Alex Gonzaga, who plays "Inday Bote", didn't get along well on the set and this is also one reason why the show was quickly terminated. How true?

"Although, lagi kaming nagbibiruan, nag-aasaran, it never came to a point naman na nagkapikunan kami, so it's not true," Matteo says. "Alex is nice to work with kasi she's fun on the set. Laging good vibes."

While he's not doing any teleserye, Matteo did an indie movie, the action-drama "Tupang Ligaw", for BG Productions. In the story, he plays a young man looking for his missing brother who became the victim of a kingpin controlling a whole town, played by Paolo Contis, who's Fil-Italian like him.

"I enjoyed making the movie dahil noon ko pa gustong mag-action," says Matteo. "Mahirap doing the fight routines and action stunts, but I brought in my own team to help me execute the action scenes. I also enjoyed working with Paulo at nakaka-relate kami sa isa't isa because our dads are both Italians."

He dismisses rumors that he and girlfriend Sarah Geronimo's relationship is currently shaky because he doesn't get along well with her parents. "Hindi naman totoo yan kasi okay naman kami ng parents niya. Meron nga kaming mga konting selosan dahil, siempre, mahal namin ang isa't isa, but maliliit na bagay lang at mga selosang pa-cute lang. Right now, bihira kaming magkita kami kasi naging busy ako shooting my movie at siya rin, naging busy sa movie nila ni Piolo. I'm so glad dahil maganda ang feedback sa movie nila at nagdagdag na raw ng maraming sinehan kasi malakas talaga sa takilya. Congratulations to them."
