Meg Imperial On Ellen Adarna Leaving Her Behind As Ellen Has A New Soap And A New Movie

MEG IMPERIAL is being bashed by some writers who say she is "nilampaso at napag-iwanan na" by Ellen Adarna. She played the lead role in "Moon of Desire" then, and Ellen was just supporting her. But now, Ellen stars in the 6PM series "Pasion de Amor" and is also the leading lady of Coco Martin in the coming Star Cinema Metro Manila Filmfest entry, "Beauty and the Bestie".

What can Meg say about this? "I am happy for Ellen," she says. "Masaya ako sa kung anuman ang narating niya sa ngayon. Naging maganda ang samahan namin noon when we were working together so I consider her as a friend. Wala akong nararamdamang inggit kasi hindi naman ako pinababayaan ng Viva, who's managing me. Hayan nga, may bago akong movie, 'Chain Mail', with Nadine Lustre and Shy Carlos. Kasama rin namin sina Mark Bautista, Jackielou Blanco and John Regala. It's about the horrifying things that happen when someone breaks a mysterious chain mail sa internet. It's opening in theaters this Wednesday, July 22."

She's confident that her career will get better with Viva helping her. "I believe na talagang ganun lang naman sa showbiz. Pana-panahon kung marami kang trabaho o wala. Also, mas nauna naman si Ellen sa akin so she surely deserves yung magagandang nangyayari sa career niya ngayon kasi she's also very sexy and very daring. But I believe na darating din naman yung time ko. The important thing is hindi ako nawawalan ng trabaho as of now. At sige-sige rin lang ako in trying to improve my craft and myself para pag dumating yung bagong opportunity from ABS-CBN, ready ako anytime na humarap sa kamera."

Meg just appeared recently at FHM Sexiest Woman affair in SMX MOA and she was well applauded when she appeared on stage.
