OUR CONDOLENCES to the family of the late Agapito 'Butz' Aquino who passed on Monday due to natural causes at the age of 76. Butz was also a part of local showbiz as he did several movies before and also TV shows. He even played the role of the country's president in Cesar Montano's version of "Alyas Palos" on ABS-CBN and was last seen on GMA-7's "I Heart You, Pare" in 2011.
He is the brother of the late Ninoy Aquino, the uncle of current Pres. Noynoy and Sen. Bam Aquino and the dad of Jackie Aquino who was also into acting before and is now with the MTCRB. He was an important part of the 1986 EDSA Revolution with ATOM (August Twenty One Movement) became a senator from 1992 to 1995. Let's pray for the repose of his soul.
