New Singer Edward Benosa Has Enough Good Looks To Also Be An Actor

EDWARD BENOSA is an aspiring singer who’s good looking and hunky enough to also be an actor. Managed by another singer-actor, Arnold Reyes, Edward’s debut album was launched early this year and it spawned the hit song, “Di Man Lang Nagpaalam”, a ballad about a loved one who fades away without even saying goodbye. For this, he was nominated as Best New Artist in the MOR Pinoy Music Awards. Obviously, many listeners were able to identify with it.

It stayed on the PinasFM weekly countdown for 11 weeks and ranked no. 24 in the Pinoy Top 100 official 2015 mid-year tally in the Philippine Music Charts, also being a hit in Davao, Bacolod and Cagayan de Oro. The song’s music video has had 400,000 hits on Youtube and elicited favorable comments from fans who believe it could very well be the national anthem of the broken-hearted. Edward’s two other songs have also been used in ABS teleseryes, “Iingatan Ko” and “Ikaw Lamang”.
