What advice can he give to Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana to make sure their relationship would last as long as Mike and his girlfriend does? "Hindi pa naman sila umaamin na sila na, di ba? Kapag narinig kong nanggaling mismo sa kanila na sila na nga, doon lang ako maniniwala. But kami ng girffriend ko, I think we've lasted this long kasi we give love and respect to each other and we always ask God to be part of our relationship."
Because he's the reason why Director Jay Altarejos was reportedly eased out of GMA-7 when they were doing "Legacy" two years ago, Mike is understandably asked about this since Altarejos is currently underfire when a newcomer named Dalin Sarmiento complained against him of harassment. What can he say about this?
"Honestly, I have nothing to say kasi wala akong anumang alam about what happened between them," he replies. "Yung sa amin ni Direk, matagal nang tapos na yun, so let's leave it at that. Ayokong mapagbintangang nakikisakay ako sa kaso ninuman."
Will he be willing to work with Direk Jay again in the future? "As of now, I doubt kung we'd be given the opportunity to work again. Malabo yun and to be honest about it, I'm not open to the idea."
