“This one has more kilig scenes than our first one,” says Carla. “Sa first movie, si Tom ang habol nang habol sa akin. Maganda yung role ko dito kasi ako naman ang habol nang habol sa kanya as a girl who has a big crush on him since high school at kung anu-ano ang gagawin ko para mapaibig siya, pero hindi naman niya ako pinapansin. Naku, ang dami kong hugot lines dito for Tom. Maraming girls na may crush pero ini-ignore ng crush nila ang makaka-relate.”
But off cam, they admit that they’re exclusively dating now. Aren’t they officially on yet? “We’d rather keep that to ourselves muna,” it’s Tom who replies. “Basta we get along fine and we’re enjoying working with each other. Magaan siyang katrabaho and we have very good chemistry at makikita yun dito sa bago naming movie.”
Carla and Tom are both busy now with film and TV work. Carla is currently hosting “Karelasyon”, doing the sitcom “Ismol Family” and is in “Because of You” with Gabby Concepcion that is about to start airing soon. Tom, in turn, is currently paired with Megan Young in “Marimar”.
