Cesar Montano On Ex-Wife Sunshine Cruz And Rumored New Girlfriend Sandra Siefert

CESAR MONTANO is happy to be back on TV doing a new soap, “Bakit Manipis ang Ulap?”, touted to be the year’s biggest teledrama that starts airing on TV5 on February 15. “I’m excited kasi my last soap was ‘Akin Pa Rin ang Bukas’ with Lovi Poe sa GMA-7 in 2013. Also, kasi ngayon ko pa lang makakatrabaho dito sa ‘Bakit Manipis’ sina Claudine Barretto and Diether Ocampo,” he says. “Ang isa pa naming co-star, si Meg Imperial, nakasama ko na sa recent movie, ‘Nilalang’. Bale reunion din namin ito ni Direk Joel Lamangan after we did ‘Never Say Goodbye’ sa TV5 rin.”

There’s a rumor that she has found a new love in beauty queen Sandra Siefert, but he denies it. “Ni hindi pa nga naaayos yung annulment ng marriage ko, e. Baka sabihan ako ng lawyer ko na ang tanga ko naman. Basta focus muna ako sa trabaho. Marami akong gagawin this year na TV shows and movies.”
 He also wouldn’t want to talk about ex-wife Sunshine Cruz. “Di puedeng magsalita. May gag order kami.”
“Bakit Manipis ang Ulap?” was first shown as a movie in 1985, written and directed by the late Danny Zialcita, starring Laurice Guillen, Chanda Romero, Tommy Abuel and the late Mark Gil, with Janice de Belen as a teen star then.
