Tom Rodriguez Sad Now That 'Marimar' Is Ending, Reveals His Wish For The New Year 2016

TOM RODRIGUEZ somehow feels sad now that “Marimar”, where he plays Sergio Santibanez, is ending in two weeks. “I will miss all the people I’m working with in the show, from Megan Young to Tita Jaclyn Jose and all our co-stars, pati si Direk Dominic Zapata kasi naging maganda talaga ang bonding naming lahat during the taping,” he says. “Mami-miss ko ang mga kakulitan ko while playing video games sa set, sina Dion Ignacio and Ricardo Cepeda. Pati si Fulgoso, mami-miss ko rin. Also, I really want to thank all the viewers who faithfully followed the love story of Marimar and Sergio since August. Maraming-maraming salamat po sa lahat ng suporta nyo sa aming show na laging number one sa time slot namin.”

He’s happy that the show of his rumored GF, Carla Abellana, “Because of You”, is also rating very well. “Nakakatuwa nga kasi lahat ng shows ng GMA-7 sa primetime are topraters. Sana magtuloy-tuloy hanggang sa 2016.”

So what did he do during the Christmas break? “I spent it with my loved ones and my family. There’s no better way to recharge than being with the people you care for.”

And what is his wish for the New Year? “I aim for more personal growth in my career and also in building and strengthening the meaningful relationship I have in my life.”

This week in “Marimar”, Tom and Megan as Sergio and Bella have reconciled for good but James Blanco as Rodolfo cannot accept this and appears like he’s going insane because of his unrequited love for Megan. James becomes a stalker and forces himself on Megan but the guards get to save her from him. Solenn Heussaff as Capuccina, James’ ex-girflriend, tells him to stop harassing Megan but James acts like he has really lost his marbles and kidnaps her. Solenn helps Tom to search for the missing Megan. Tom gets shot and lands in the hospital. Lauren Young as Antonia pretends to be a nurse so she can talk to Tom by herself.
