BEA BINENE is grinning from ear to ear these days because her performance as a feral child in “Hanggang Makita Kang Muli” is getting very positive feedback from satisfied viewers and netizens. Before the pilot week ended, the child Ana was shown growing up as Bea, who behaves like a dog since she grew up with only a dog for company.
“At least, hindi nasayang ang sobrang hirap, pagod at stress na inabot ko in playing the character of Anna,” says Bea. “I’d like to thank our director, Laurice Guillen, kasi hindi siya nagsawa in guiding me at hindi niya ako binitiwan until I got it right.”
Basta kumapit lang sila dahil the coming episodes will be even more exciting and very involving.”
As Ana, Bea continues to suffer in the hands of Ina as Odessa, who even ruthlessly killed the dog she grew up with. When the barn where she’s held captive gets burned, Ana manages to escape and run away. People get scared when they see her, thinking she’s a monster. She wanders in the forest and, for the first time, sees the sun. She hides under the trees and, hungry, prowls around some campers to steal food. Derrick Monasterio as Calvin sees her and is amazed to see a human who acts likes a beast. After some initial hostility, Bea as Ana warms up to Derrick who tames her and gives her food. But some barangay tanod find them and take Ana to imprison her in a bodega. Ina arrives and stabs her but Derrick comes on time to rescue her from the murderous Ina.
