Carla Abellana And Co-Stars So Happy That 'Because Of You' Is Extended For Another Month

CARLA ABELLANA spent Holy Week resting in their family’s rest house in Tagaytay. It’s really a welcome break for her as she is one of the busiest Kapuso actresses with four shows no less: the nightly series “Because of You”, the Sunday sitcom “Ismol Family”, the Saturday drama anthology “Karelasyon” and the cooking show “Delmonte Kitchenomics”. “I really enjoyed taking advantage of the Easter break para maka-bonding ko naman ang buong family ko na bihira ko makasamang lahat dahil nga sobrang busy ako the whole week,” she says.

She got a great Easter gift when she learned that her hit TV series on primetime, “Because of You”, which is supposed to end in April, has been extended for one more month. This is what she posted in her social media account: “It was supposed to be our last taping day today, but.... *insert drum roll here* .... WE’RE EXTENDED!!! Cheers to a few more weeks of #BecauseOfYou thanks to ALL OF YOU.”

This week, Gabby Concepcion as Jaime gets terribly jealous when he learns that Carla as Andrea and Rafael Rosell as Oliver checked in a small motel after they got caught in heavy rain. He quickly follows them and got even more jealous when he sees the half naked Rafael wrapped only in a towel and telling him that he and Carla have reconciled. This is not true but Gabby believes it and quickly leaves. He gets drunk and his kids and mom (Celia Rodriguez) get so worried as they realize that he misses Carla so much.

Rafael gets an offer to be the resident photographer of a company in Singapore but he doesn’t want to live there without Carla so he tries to convince her to go with him to Singapore to be the company’s in-house designer. Carla gets a surprise when Joyce Ching as Cheska shows up to apologize to her for her being to mean to her. Valerie Concepcion as Veronica also arrives to say she has realized that she can never patch things up with Gabby and tells Carla to take good care of her children.
