As we all know, Lotlot now has a foreigner boyfriend while Monching was rumored to have patched things up with first GF Tina Paner, but he denies this, saying he and Tina are just good friends now. Both Lotlot and Monching currently have regular shows on GMA-7. Lotlot plays Heart Evangelista’s mother in “Juan Happy Love Story”, while Monching is now in “Hanggang Makita Kang Muli”, playing Francis, the doctor dad of Derrick Monasterio.
This week in “Hanggang Makita Kang Muli”, Monching gets worried when his son, Derrick as Calvin, fails to come home with Bea Binene as Ana. It turns out that they got stranded in a remote area after their car broke down. This became the reason for them to get to know each other better and they even kiss. The cops who are searching for them eventually find them and they get home.
Derrick’s mom, Rita Avila as Glenda, sees him kissing Bea and he admits to her mom that he loves Bea. But Kim Rodriguez as Claire won’t take this sitting down and will force Derrick to reconcile with her, especially after it’s discovered that she’s pregnant. Derrick says he will be a devoted dad to their baby, but still, he won’t reconcile with Kim as it’s Bea who’s inside his heart now. Monching won’t accept this and will force his son to marry Kim.
