Pops has always been quite discreet about her personal affairs, so it’s quite unfair for her name to be dragged in again in such showbiz chismis. She’s getting offer to do teleseryes and shows but she begs off as she prefers to have a quiet life now.
“I’d rather just produce concerts than act,” she says. “Mas gusto ko pang magluto, that’s why nga I’m inviting you all for dinner sa house ko. May isa lang akong requirement: don’t have breakfast or lunch so you can eat all that I’ll prepare for you.”
Maybe someone should offer her a cooking show. But she’s not averse to doing concerts, especially abroad. She’ll soon leave for the U.S.A. to do shows in New Jersey and Las Vegas. As for her love life, she says she enjoys being single now. Her last relationship was with a banker, which was so very private that people only learned about it when it was over.
