JUDY ANN SANTOS is proudly presented by Sun Life Financial as their new endorser for their program, Money for Life, along with Piolo Pascual. There are two other endorsers, Charo Santos Concio and Matteo Guidicelli, but they were not present at the presscon held at ABS-CBN. Instead, video presentations with them plugging Sun Life were shown.

How does it feel to be reunited with former ka-love team Piolo Pascual as Sun Life Financial endorsers? “We’ve been working together for the longest time din and it’s nice kasi, ito, hindi pelikula kundi we’re working for a cause, with the aim to make Filipino lives get better.”
So how are they now? Would she be willing to work with him again in a new movie? “In due time, given the proper project and the right story, and after I’m back in the right shape para naman hindi ako magmukhang mascot niya. As of now, there’s nothing concrete yet. If it would happen, then it would happen. And I just want to make it clear na okay kami ni Piolo ha. Hindi kami magkagalit. Hindi kami yung tipong nagtatawagan at hindi lang nakikita ng mga tao na nag-uusap kami, but kapag nagkikita naman kami, nagbabatian kami, like when we saw each other sa ASAP.”
She has a comeback movie after giving birth to daughter Luna. This is the Cinemalaya Filmfest entry “Kusina” which will be shown next month. This early, there are talks that she and Nora Aunor, who also has an entry, are the top rivals when it comes to the plum best actress award. What can she say about this?
“Naku, hindi ko naman ginawa ang movie to compete with anyone. Yung ma-nominate lang ako with Ms. Nora Aunor, it’s already a big honor for me. Basta very proud ako sa movie namin and I play a good role as a wife and mother who devoted all her life sa ‘Kusina’, serving selflessly and cooking for the people she loved .”
