Anne Curtis Officially Engaged To Chef Erwan Heussaff, Shows Off Her Diamond Engagement Ring

 

ANNE CURTIS is one actress we saw growing up before our eyes, from the time she started as a child star in Peque Gallaga’s “Magic Kingdom” to being one of the hottest stars of her generation. She became a teen star in TV shows like “TGIS” and “Anna Karenina” and starred in many Viva youth oriented comedies. As a grown up, she did hit soaps like “Maging Sino Ka Man”, “Kampanerang Kuba” and “Dyosa”.

On the big screen, she won best actress for “Baler” and became a Box Office Queen for “No Other Woman”, for which she won another acting award. She’s no singer but has a hit album, “Annebisyosa”, which also became a hit concert at the Big Dome.

And now, she’s getting married. She’s officially engaged to her boyfriend of six years, chef Erwan Heussaff, the younger brother of her good friend, Solenn. You can see Erwan officially proposing to her on a video posted in Youtube when they had a trip to New York last November where they joined a marathon.

Erwan kneeled in front of Anne then gave her an engagement ring and proposed marriage to her. Anne was visibly surprised but looked so happy. They both cried during that momentous event in their lives. The fans are jubilant and they were flooded with congratulatory notes. Anne is now 31 years old while Erwan is 29, so they’re both of the right age to settle down and start their own family.

In a photo with Amy Perez, Anne proudly showed off the solitaire diamond engagement ring that Erwan gave her. Her co-hosts in “Showtime” then offered her a special song number for her engagement to Erwin.

Anne later delivers this message on the air: “Erwan and I are engaged. I am happy to share with all of you the great news. And being someone who’s always in the public eye, I think it’s very, very important that I share it with all of you. Thank you everyone. It was all over the news and social media. To those who sent their well wishes and love to both Erwan and I, sobra kaming nagpapasa­lamat po sa inyo. And I’m just hoping na until the end of this whole journey and as I enter the whole chapter in my life, kasama ko pa rin ang ‘It’s Showtime’ family ko. And sana po, even when I become misis na, patuloy pa rin po ang suporta n’yo. Isa itong bagay na hindi ko talaga ini-expect na mangyayari ngayong taon na ‘to. But it came as a beautiful surprise. Para sa akin, what a beautiful way to end 2016. As in, it’s so, so beautiful. And I have no one else to thank but my mon amour, Erwan. I love you so much.”

Anne’s best friends, Solenn Heussaff, Georgina Wilson and Isabelle Daza all got married abroad this year. And they all expressed their happiness for her. Let’s wait for further announcements about the details of Anne’s wedding to Erwan. We won’t be surprised if she’d also choose to do it abroad, maybe in her native Australia where she was born.
