FDCP Chair Liza Dino Seguerra, Chairman Tim Orbox, Exec. Dir. Rochelle Ona In Full Force In Promoting The 8 Entries In The Coming Metro-Manila Filmfest

FILM DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF THE PHILIPPINES CHAIRMAN Liza Dino Seguerra was present at the Metro Manila Filmfest grand presscon at QC Memorial Circle to show how support for Filipino films, along with Chairman Tim Orbos and Exec. Dir. Atty. Rochelle Ona who are all sincere in helping the 8 film entries in promoting and marketing their respective movies with their lineup of campaigns in the Countdown to the MMFF. They have mall tours that lead to the annual parade of stars on December 23, Friday, in cooperation with Tourism Office of the City of Manila.

The parade will start at the Luneta Grandstand and end at Plaza Miranda in Quiapo. The filmfest opens in theaters on Christmas Day with the awards night to be held at Kia Theatre on December 29. The jurors for the awards night are Philip Cheah of the Singapore Filmfest, Paolo Bertolin of the Venice Filmfest, actors John Lloyd Cruz and Johnny Revilla, Director Antoinette Jadaone, Fr. Tito Caluag, and from the advertising world, Mio Tiongson and Vince Reyes. The tickets in theaters during the filmfest will give 30% discount to students, senior citizens and person with disabilities.
