Maja Salvador Talks About Her Three Hunky Leading Men In 'Wildflower': Joseph Marco, RK Bagatsing & Vin Abrenica

MAJA SALVADOR has no less than three hunky leading men in “Wildflower” Joseph Marco, Vin Abrenica and RK Bagatsing, all of whom are always willing to bare their chiseled torsos in many shirtless scenes. “Tipid nga sila sa wardrobe nila rito,” Maja jokes. “Kasi lagi silang nakahubad.”
Joseph says it’s quite a challenge for him to be paired with Maja after working with the likes of Alex Gonzaga and Coleen Garcia. “Mas kabado ako kasi hasang-hasa si Maja sa drama kaya nahihiya ako sa kanya noong una,” he says. “But she turned out to be very friendly kaya naging comfortable naman ako agad. I look at working with her as a chance to grow as an actor kasi kailangang makasabay ako sa husay niya sa drama.”

Maja says that of her three leading men, RK is the most quiet. RK has proven his being a good actor in several indie films, notably “Apocalypse Child”, where he got acting nominations. But he was really noticed as the caring elder brother of Erich Gonzales in “Be My Lady”. “Maganda ang role ko rito as a politician na magkakaroon ng kaugnayan kay Maja,” says RK. “I’ve long been wanting to work with her at hindi ako na-disappoint kasi magaling talaga siya, very professional and helpful sa kaeksena niya.”

“Wildflower” is Vin’s first teleserye with ABS-CBN. “Ipinagdasal ko talagang magka-soap ako rito and my prayer was answered,” he says. “Maja is so nice to work with. Nagulat ako sa mga ginawa niya sa’kin. I cannot reveal pero basta lumabas na maganda ang mga eksena namin. Nagkaroon kami ng mga pasa at sugat. Maliit lang naman.”

Maja says she enjoyed doing scenes with all the three guys. “Kung wild ako rito sa ‘Wildflower’, puro wild din sila. Grabe ang energy at pagiging ganado nilang tatlo in their respective roles,” she says.
