ANGEL LOCSIN is happy to be working again with Richard Gutierrez in the new soap, “La Luna Sangre”, and their new movie, “Wife Husband Wife”. “Sabay kaming nag-start sa GMA when we were teenagers in ‘Click’ in 2004,” she says. “Then naging magka-love team kami in several movies starting with ‘Let the Love Begin’. So I’m really excited ngayong magkasama na kami uli rito sa ABS-CBN. We have since both grown as actors kaya I really looked forward to working with him again kasi huli pa kaming nagkasama was in the movie ‘The Promise’ ten years ago.
Some of her fans don’t favor Liza Soberano to succeed her in playing “Darna” and also Kathryn Bernardo in the werewolf role in “La Luna Sangre”. What can she say about this? All I can say is huwag namang ganon. Let’s give them a chance dahil I believe kaya naman nila. Talagang nag-aral sila, pinaghandaan, ginalingan and we should admire and support her for her efforts.
Director Cathy Molina revealed at the “La Luna Sangre” presscon that Angel herself did all her
action stunts in the show.
“Akong kinakabahan,” adds Direk Cathy.
Direk Cathy says “La Luna Sangre” is not just a dark drama like its predecessors. So it’s a mixture at mahirap pong paghaluin yung nananakot ka na nagpapa-in love at kilig din at the same time, tapos nagpapatawa pa, but with the help of Joross Gamboa and Randy Santiago in the cast, ayun, may comedy po ito.”
