Sue Ramirez Has A New Soap, 'La Luna Sangre'; A New Film, 'Debutantes', & A Concert, 'Four Of A Kind, The Un4Gettable Concert' At Music Museum

SUE RAMIREZ is part of Star Magic’s all girl group, Four of a Kind, presented at the presscon for their first self titled concert to be held at Music Museum on July 8, directed by Frank Mamaril. The other members are Maris Racal, Kristel Fulgar and Loisa Andalio, all of whom sing and dance well. Sue’s real name is Sue Anna Garina Dodd. She was born and raised in Paranaque, with an American dad, a former soldier, and a Pinay mom from Negros. The youngest in a brood of 5, she’ll turn 20 next month, on July 20.

She started her career when she auditioned as a singer with Star Magic. “Pero sa acting ako nakuha agad, as support sa ‘Mula sa Puso’ in 2011. Then isinama ako sa ‘Angelito, Batang Ama’ and its sequel, then ‘Okat Tokat’ and ‘Anna Liza’. Nag-guest din ako in shows like ‘MMK’ and ‘Wansapanataym’. I was last seen in ‘I Can Do That’ and the movie ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’. I’m now doing a new movie, ‘Debutantes’, a horror film produced by Regal and I’m part of the new primetime drama, ‘La Luna Sangre’ as Catleya, ate ni Kathryn Bernardo.”

She was linked to Ronnie Alonte and Gab Valenciano, but she says they’re just close friends. She’s glad to return to singing in ‘Four of a Kind’, with Marvin Querido as musical director. This is produced by Hills & Dreams Events that also produced Maja Salvador’s concert and the Dreamboys concert of Matteo Guidicelli, JC de Vera and Daniel Matsunaga.
