GMA-7 obviously knows she’s hot because even before her current afternoon show ended, “D’Originals”, she’s already cast in a new soap meant for primetime, “The Good Teacher”, with Marian Rivera.
“Napaiyak nga ako when they informed me na kasama ako sa ‘The Good Teacher’ at pinag-attend ako ng story conference. Nandun si Ms. Marian and I was so happy nang kausapin niya ako and told me ako ang kanyang personal choice to play the role of her sister. Dream ko talaga siyang makasama pero akala ko, later pa. E, heto, binigay na agad and I’m really so thankful. Ang bait ni Ms. Marian sa akin at sinabi pa niyang drama-fantasy ang show at huwag daw akong mag-worry kasi susuportahan niya ako. I’m really excited na makatrabaho siya. Sa story, eventually, magiging contravida ako sa kanya, pero may magandang dahilan naman kung bakit magkaganoon ang character ko.”
Kim has a French dad and a Pinay mom. She was discovered when she posted her dance video on youtube and posed for FHM. GMA then contacted her and initially included her in “Bubble Gang”. Soon, she was cast in “Juan Happy Love Story” with Heart Evangelista and Dennis Trillo, which was followed by “D’Originals”. Now, Summit Media has also released her own book, “State of Undress”, featuring Kim in various daring photos. It’s now on sale for only P250. “Lahat po ng kuha ko diyan, totoo, natural. She admits she has received indecent proposals. “Never ko pong pinatulan. I just ignore them kasi taken na ako.”
She says the guy is non-showbiz. “I’m 22 and he’s 32, so he understands me and my kind of work perfectly.”
