'Protege' Winner Jeric Gonzales Happy To Have A Regular Show Again After Nearly A Year Of Being Idle

 

JERIC GONZALES has not been given a regular show after the afternoon soap, “Oh My Mama”, almost a year ago. Now, he’s finally appearing in “Super Ma’am” on primetime and after this, he will also be included as a mainstay in the new and yet untitled show of Bianca Umali and Miguel Tanfelix that will be replacing “Alyas Robin Hood”.

“Yes, nagkatrabaho na rin uli ako after doing a lot of guestings sa iba’t ibang shows ng GMA,” he says. “In the meantime na wala akong regular show, nagbabad ako sa gym to workout regularly at ngayon, ready na raw akong magpa-sexy. Ha ha ha!”

So he’s ready to go daring and disrobe before the camera? “Why not? Basta ba maganda ang project at ang role ko.”

In “Super Ma’am”, he was given a good role as a guy who helps title roler Marian Rivera in her fight against the evil Tamawos. He plays Isagani, who was successful in killing the big snake who possesses the sakra that killed one of Marian’s enemies, Baraka.

“It’s an honor na makatrabaho si Ate Marian sa show,” adds Jeric. “Nakaka-inspire siyang makasama kasi kahit pagod na sa fight scenes, hindi nagrereklamo. Sayang nga dahil maikli lang ang role ko sa ‘Super Ma’am’ at may taping na rin ako para sa aming bagong show nina Miguel at Bianca na magsisimula ang airing this Monday, November 27.”
