“@rafrosell. honestly, as much as I hate it, all good things must come to an end. #Impostora ends in Feb. For sure, sepanx na naman ako sa co-actors ko. And, I’m gonna miss this person the most. Can I say that by far you’re my favorite onscreen partner? I hope to have the opportunity to work with you again in the future. Sana comedy naman para chill lang tayo.”
So what prompted Kris to write this message for Rafael? “Kami ang madalas na magkaeksena sa show at masarap siyang kausap, malalim na tao. I learned a lot from him about life, about humanity, about his beliefs. Sobrang talino, hindi boring at ang guwapo pa. Sayang nga, may girlfriend na.”
And what can Rafael say about Kris’ praises for him? “Siempre, thank you very much,” he says. “Ako rin naman, sobrang nag-enjoy na makatrabaho siya. She’s very professional, magaan kasama sa set, at napakagaling niyang aktres in interpreting two contrasting roles in the story. Ako rin, gusto ko siyang makatrabaho uli in the future.”
Both Kris and Rafael want to thank all the regular viewers who watched their show every afternoon and made it a consistent toprater. Someone quipped that because of Kris' success in doing dual roles, Jodi Sta. Maria is now also doing dual roles in “Sana Dalawa ang Puso” and Erich Gonzales is playing triple roles no less in “Blood Sisters”.
“O, ang saya, di ba? But this show, ‘Impostora’, really made 2017 very memorable for me,” says Kris. “When we started taping it, sobrang nerbiyos ko kung tatanggapin ba ako ng tao playing dual roles. Now, I can really say that playing both Nimfa and Rosette really gave me so much fulfillment as an actress.”
“Ako naman, I want to thank GMA kasi very supportive sila sa akin,” says Rafael. “My exclusive contract with them is expiring in August of this year. Sana, before matapos yun, makagawa pa ako ng isang soap na kasingganda rin ng ‘Impostora’.”
