Jennylyn Mercado Is Rumored To Be Preggy Just As Her Primetime Show, 'The Cure', Is About To End In Two Weeks

‘THE CURE’ will end in two weeks after a regular 13-week run, contradicting the prediction of detractors who said it will be cut short after 6 weeks. It’s been a gruelling 13 weeks of taping for all those involved in the show as many sequences involved physically challenging action scenes. Stars say they are usually so tired after each taping day as they are required to do a lot of running and fighting.

The show is about to end just at a time when its lead actress, Jennylyn Mercado, is rumored to be infanticipating, courtesy of longtime BF Dennis Trillo. If this were true, this would be her second child after Alex Jazz, her love son with Patrick Garcia. And it’s good the series is about to end as she would no longer be required to do dangerous scenes that might hurt her baby, if the rumor that she’s preggers were true.

You’d notice that in the last few episodes of “The Cure”, Jennylyn’s love team with Mark Herras was given importance as it is said to help the show gain more viewers, while lead actor Tom Rodriguez went missing for sometime while his character as Greg was held hostage by LJ Reyes in her role as Katrina, a doctor in love with Greg.

Meantime, Tom showered his real life GF Carla Abellana (who’s been without a soap for about a year now) with glowing paeans of how ideal a prospective partner she is when she celebrated her 32nd birthday last month. It’s very obvious Tom has found his Miss Right in Carla and they are now preparing to have their own house before they walk down the aisle together.
