“It’s about the child of a famous showbiz couple na kinidnap noong baby pa siya,” she says. “She is raised by someone else and just like her parents, she’s also very talented kaya may musical component rin ang show. Aspiring singer ako rito kaya kakanta ako this time.”
Supporting her is award-winning teen star Therese Malvar who plays the villain role this time. The more senior stars with them are Sunshine Dizon, Gabby Eigenmann, Angelika de la Cruz, Marvin Agustin and Angelu de Leon. Also in the cast are teen actors Renz Valerio and Starstruck 6 male winner Migo Adecer.
“I really feel so blessed na may kasunod agad ang ‘Kambal Karibal’,” adds Kyline. “Pinag-pray ko noon na maging busy ako and the Lord granted it, nangyayari na nga yun ngayon. Ibang-iba ang role ko rito from ‘Kambal Karibal’ and I want the viewers to see yung kaibahan ng role ko kasi mabait ako rito. Maganda ang values conveyed by the show about family love and how important it is for you to work hard to fulfill your dreams. Abangan nyo ang ‘Inagaw na Bituin’ at malapit na po siyang ipalabas.”
What can she say about the scuttlebutt that she’s at odds with her “Kambal Karibal” co-star, Bianca Umali? It’s said felt so insecure when they were doing the show when she’s supposed to be the contravida and yet she’s getting better feedback than her, so much so that they really physically hurt each other in their catfight scenes?
“Hindi naman po totoo yun. We don’t feel any anger or hate for each other kasi we’re both just doing our job and what’s expected from us. We have a very good professional relationship.
