AI AI DE LAS ALAS just laughs off reports that her former wards, Ex Battalion, are happy and thankful that she’s no longer their manager. “Okay lang,” she shrugs it off.
Honestly, we think it’s just a case of sweet lemon for Ex Battalion as part of their defense mechanism after Ai Ai dumped them. As of now, those who got them to perform before are no longer getting them. Some are even avoiding them. And the reaction of people in social media is generally more favorable with Ai Ai, saying that they quickly got swell headed, “nalunod sa isang basong tubig.”
Hayaan mo sila.”
So would she still manage talents?
Ai Ai is optimistic that her new movie, “Feelennials (Feeling Millennnials)” will be a real crowdpleaser. “May bago akong ka-love team, si Bayani Agbayani,” she beams. “Ngayon lang kami nagkapareha at may kilig factor pala kami, may chemistry. Yung magandang samahan namin ever since off cam, nadala namin hanggang on cam.
"Ako rito si Madame Bato-Bato, a rich single mom na gustong mapasok ang mundo ng aking solong anak, si Nico, played by Arvic Tan who was last seen sa ‘Toda One I Love’. So gusto ko siyang sabayan sa kanyang activities as a millennial like online dating, at dito ko nakilala si Bayani as Chito, isang rich bachelor na nanalo ng jackpot sa lotto. This is directed by Rechie del Carmen, with special participation nina Pops Fernandez, Martin Nievera and Paolo Ballesteros, opening on June 19.”
