GERALD ANDERSON and Julia Barretto should just have kept quiet. After keeping their mouth shut about the much ballyhooed love quadrangle the figured in with Bea Alonzo and Joshua Garcia, they now tried to answer back, one after the other, as if it’s orchestrated.
Gerald said he’s having frequent fights with Bea while Julia claimed that Bea is bullying her. Normally, we avoid making “sawsaw” to such personal issues between stars as we believe there are more important things of national concern that should have greater effect on the general public, like why is the government is selling some of our islands to China and allowing them to carve our mountains to be used as filling materials for Chinese expansion. But the messy love life of celebrities is fodder for the gossip-hungry masses, so we just want to say that whoever urged Gerald and Julia to answer back made a very big mistake.
They have just added more fuel into the fire. Judging from the reaction of the public to their statements in social media, no one believes or sides with Gerald or Julia. Some people even chided Julia for getting a ghost writer to compose her longue harangue against Bea. As Director Joey Reyes commented: “Sometimes, silence is the best reply.” And also Director Woody Allen: “God is silent. Now, if only man would shut up.”
Now, mas lalo silang pinagpipiyestahan in gossip columns at ng mga tsismosa. Everyone has an opinion about them and it’s generally negative. This will definitely not help boost Julia’s cominf zombie movie with Joshua and Gerald’s coming teleserye about soldiers.
But Gerald will surely benefit even more from all the controversy and will soon be more desirable in the eyes of his fans. We’re not surprised that the size of his manhood is now also being talked about in social media, with some folks claiming he’s quite well endowed that’s why women are fighting over him. It's the height of kababawan and ka-cheapan but sadly it's such cheap and shallow stories that people go for and just relish all the time.
