| LJ & PAOLO WITH KIDS AKI AND SUMMER |
LJ REYES and Paolo Contis just celebrated the 5th anniversary of their relationship. They really seem to be happy with each other and Paolo posted in his social media account five photos from each year of their being together.
He then listed down the best qualities of LJ that he really appreciates. He wrote:
"Hindi alam ng tao kung gaano ako kahirap pakisamahan minsan (or madalas). They don’t know the things you have given up for me, they don’t know how strong you are, they don’t know na ikaw ang main ingredient ng bahay na ito kaya kaming lahat ay masaya at malakas.
"Marami pa silang hindi alam... pero lahat ng yan, ay alam ko! And I am so lucky and thankful..!! I love you so much, Mahal ko!"
LJ wrote in return:
"It’s such a difficult time we have now and all I can say is that there’s no other person I would want to go through this pandemic than you! Thank you for being patient with me and for being my source of strength I didn’t know I needed! I wish for more fruitful years with you and the kids! I love you @paolo_contis!"
LJ is so thankful that her son Aki (with Paulo Avelino as dad) is so close to Paolo. Aki also celebrated his 10th birthday recently and although we’re in a lockdown, Paolo helped her celebrate the boy’s birthday with a simple party, even decorating their home festively. When Aki entered their lounge room, Paolo led in saying “Surprise!”
Aki is so thankful as he got his present and birthday cake. When LJ asked him what his birthday wish is, he said: “For Summer (his baby sister) to grow up to be a good girl.” LJ asked: “How about your wish for yourself?” Aki said: “Nothing.”
Since he is such a good selfless boy, his mom allowed him to play video games for three hours. “Usually, he’s allowed to play only one hour a day,” says LJ. “But since it’s his birthday, extended ang playing hours niya.”
LJ is also happy to be back to work as she is the special guest in this Friday’s night fresh new episode of “Bubble Gang”, the country’s longest-running and multi-awarded gag show. Kapuso viewers are in for fresh comedy sketches and the most hilarious parody videos.
Ribtickling and very timely online skits about the Zoom app so common in this period of lockdown will be shown in its various segments:
“Zoom Gags”, a series of rib-tickling gags about employer and employee Zoom meetings; “Ranzoom”, a kidnapping sketch via Zoom; “Online Kasal”, a comedic wedding done through video call; and “The New Normal”, a sketch about a family discussing the “new normal” way of living while in quarantine.
More good vibes are in store in “Mang Tasyo”, a monologue about popular acronyms since the quarantine; “Inday Basher”, a basher of Mr. Assimo; “G.M.T. Beki Edition”, an old sketch dubbed using popular gay lingo; and “Mr. Matapobre”, featuring “Flashback Friday” clips of previous sketches.
So round up the entire family and laugh out loud in “Bubble Gang’s” all-new episode this August 21, 10 p.m., after Meant To Be on GMA Telebabad.
