JACKIELOU BLANCO is turning 57 years old on February 11, but she was able to really preserve her youthful looks that she now appears about 20 years younger than her real age.
She’s so disciplined when it comes to her diet and her workout schedule that’s why she has even won in the Great Bodies fitness competitions.
She has successfully maintained her weight as a “dalaga” and looks so physically fit with her well toned bod.
Looking at her, you won’t think she is already a grandma. Her and ex-hubby Ricky Davao’s eldest child, Kenneth, has gotten married and has given her a granddaughter that he even named after his mom, Jacqueline.
Even her younger co-star in “Owe My Love”, Winwyn Marquez, looks up to Jackielou as a role model on how to keep fit. With her bikini body, she’s one senior star who proves that age is only a number.
When she’s with her daughters Rikki Mae and Arabella, now both college graduates, she looks more like their elder sister than their mom.
And Jackielou continues to enjoy working. She has done several teleseryes and shows with GMA-7 and she’s now doing lock in taping for “Owe My Love”.
She will be celebrating her birthday while doing their lock in taping for the show in a resort somewhere in Bulacan.
“Sabay kami ni Lovi Poe na magse-celebrate ng birthday namin while on lock in taping,” she says. “Kasi her birthday is also on February 11. Magka-birthday kami at pareho kaming nasa set working on our birthday.”
What’s her role in “Owe My Love”?
“I play Divina Advincula, kontrabida kami rito ni Winwyn at magkakampihan kami laban kay Lovi Poe,” says Jackielou.
“May malaking mamanahin kasi si Lovi at gusto kong makuha yung kayamanan niya. Si Winwyn naman, gustong makuha si Benjamin Alves from Lovi.”
She likes the show because even if she plays a villain, the treatment is light as she’ll also be making people laugh with her failed schemes against Lovi.
“Comedy kasi ito kaya, as a contravida, lagi akong pumapalpak sa mga ginagawa ko rito. Karibal ko rin dito si Ai Ai de las Alas, na boss naman ni Lovi, pagdating sa lovelife.
