KAPUSO COMEDIAN Romeo Librada, better known as simply Tekla, tries something new in this Saturday’s episode of “Magpakailanman”.
For a change, the funnyman goes dramatic playing a real life character, Dodoy (real name: Jay Kummer Tiberio), known in social media as the one and only Tubig Queen of Cebu City.
“Ang ganda ng kuwento ni Dodoy and I'm honored to play him in ‘Magpakailanman’,” says Tekla.
"He helps his mother and father in selling water to their waterless neighbors simula pa noong bata pa siya.
He employs a gimmick while selling water. He starts wearing colorful costumes as he goes around distributing water in their neighborhood and this entertained people no end.
Dodoy will serve as a great source of inspiration for all poor people, so they will not lose hope in trying to achieve their dreams in life.”
Don’t miss the “Reyna ng Tubig: Dodoy Tiberio Story” in “Magpakailanman”, 8 PM this Saturday. Shot entirely in Cebu City, Tekla is supported by Kenneth Medrano, Nanette Inventor, Stephanie Sol and Afi Africa.
Meanwhile, after his recent tumultuous conflict with his live in partner named Michelle that reached Raffy Tulfo, everything is now once again all quiet on the western front for Tekla and his domestic life.
