AJ RAVAL is currently getting a lot of flak from netizens for her romance with Aljur Abrenica.
They met when they co-starred in the Vivamax movie, “Nerisa”, that was shot on location in Alabat Island.
They were not paired with each other then. Aljur was the husband of Cindy Miranda who played the title role.
AJ, in turn, was paired with her ka-love team, Sean de Guzman, with whom she had torrid love scenes in both “Nerisa” and their other movie, “Taya”.
In the presscons of these films, AJ hinted it’s possible for her to fall for Sean, but it turns out is all part of the promo and it’s not really Sean who sent her heart aflutter but Aljur, who has just separated then from his wife and mother of his two sons, Kylie Padilla.
AJ said in an interview that they are not officially on yet, that they are still in the getting to know each other stage.
But their latest photos looking lovey-dovey while walking in a mall with their arms sweetly entwined around each other certainly proved otherwise.
As they say, action speaks louder than words.
AJ said that Aljur’s style of courting her is old style:
“Dinadalaw niya po ako sa bahay namin sa Pampanga. Nagpapaalam siya sa mother ko. Napakabuting tao po ni Aljur. Napaka-pure po. Totoong tao.
"To be honest, wala naman akong pakialam sa sasabihin ng ibang tao basta masaya po ako. Basta wala po akong tinatapakang ibang tao.”
Various netizens have sent her messages giving her unsolicited advice.
“Gamitin mo ang head mo, Ate AJ. Mabait siya sa’yo, pero tanungin mo si Kylie. Naaawa ako sa’yo, nagpapakabulag ka.”
Another concerned fan is convinced that it’s AJ who caused Aljur to leave Kylie and their kids:
“Girl, no good man will leave his wife and kids for another woman. How proud of you to be the cause of a family to be broken for your own happiness. Hindi sana mangyari sa’yo ang nangyari kay Kylie.”
Another netizen commented that obviously, Aljur is after the daughters of action stars. “After yung anak ni Robin Padilla, anak naman ngayon ni Jeric Raval. Sinong susunod? Yung anak ni FPJ kaya? Hahahaha!”
Honestly, though, AJ should heed the advice of these concerned people. Viva is building her up, giving her one movie project after another and she’s now getting to make a name for herself.
It’s a pity that all the efforts of Viva to help her shine would just easily go to waste just because she fell in love with a married man. Yes, let’s face it, Aljur is still very much married to Kylie.
