Kirst Viray comes from modeling. He has finished nursing and passed the board exams.

“But a break in showbiz came so I grabbed it,” he says. “I’m okay to do character roles, but kung bibigyan ba ako ng bida roles, okay rin.” He currently plays the young Joey Marquez in the new hit GMA drama series, “Bolera”.

Nikki Co started as a model and dancer then GMA gave him supporting roles in various dramas. He made his mark as a contravida in “Mano Po Legacy: The Family Fortune” where he got positive reviews.

“I’m happy I got noticed and I look forward to playing more challenging roles,” he says.

Lexi Gonzales was the runner up in Starstruck 7. She now has a soap, “Love You Stranger”, and is also lucky to be chosen as part of “Running Man” which will shoot on location in Korea.

“I’m thankful for all the training GMA gave me since I joined Starstruck and all the projects I now have,” she says. “I’m striving hard for my autistic brother who I love very much.”

Zonia Mejia is a mainstay in the sitcom “Jose &  Maria’s Bonggang Villa”.

“I feel blessed na mapasama ako sa Sparkle and I want to thank them for guiding me, for all the workshops they gave me to enhance my skills,” she says. “I’m working hard for my dad who has Parkinson’s disease for five years now.”

Katrina Chavez joined a beauty pageant last year.

“It was my first time,” she says. “I didn’t make it but I enjoyed the experience as a I learned so much.

"But I felt in my heart na pageants are not for me. The other girls are really more deserving as they’re so focused.  I now welcome the opportunity to be part of Sparkle and I promise to do my best in any project they would give me.”
