JERIC GONZALES has admitted being reunited with beauty queen turned actress Rabiya Mateo.
He was very open in greeting her last February 14 with: “Happy Valentine’s Day my Love Rabiya. I love you and will always love you!”
It will be recalled that they were on for a couple of months last year, but they broke up in June for undisclosed reasons.
They met again at the GMA Gala Night at the Shang more than a month later and it was seen that they’re quite cozy again with one another.
Jeric was asked during the presscon of “Start Up PH” if they have reconciled. But he was evasive, neither confirming or denying it.
Now, Jeric has finally ended all speculations about their relationship and declared to the whole world that yes, they’re together again, with his Valentine greetings for Rabiya.
Jeric was all smiles at the presscon of his newest show, “Mga Lihim ni Urduja”.
And it’s not surprising because both his lovelife and career are doing so well.
He himself is very grateful that after “Start Up PH” with Alden Richards and Bea Alonzo, he is now quickly given a follow up project.
“Yes, I’m very happy to be part of ‘Mga Lihim ni Urduja’ kasi I get to do action scenes in this action-historical drama,” he says.
“I’m glad to be working with Sanya Lopez, Kylie Padilla and Gabbi Garcia, and all the other members of the show’s big cast.
"Very exciting ang story nito about the search for the missing magical necklace of Princess Urduja and I’m sure tututukan ng mga tao ang bawat episode nito.”
What is his role in the show?
“I play Greg, an agent and liaison officer in charge of protecting Kylie as Gem and Gabbi as Crystal sa kanilang paghahanap sa nawawalang kuwintas na may mga taglay na agimat in its precious stones.”
They will figure in a lot of fight scenes against bad guys who also want to get hold of the mystical necklace.
“Ang kalaban namin dito are the bounty hunters na gusto ring makuha ang necklace ni Princess Urduja, kaya maraming action scenes sa mga enkwentro namin laban sa kanila.
"The hunters are led by Pancho Magno, Vin Abrenica, Kristoffer Martin, Winwyn Marquez and Michelle Dee na lahat, gustong mapasakanila ang kuwintas.
"We all trained and prepared for our fight scenes and stunts with the help of action coaches on the set, so abangan nyo dahil talagang hard-hitting ang action sequences na ginawa namin dito.”
